Minutes of the April 12th, 2006 Meeting

The meeting was called to order by Mr. President Vinnie at 7PM.

Introductions were next.

Minutes of the March meeting be approved as printed.

Old Business

The Treasurer’s Report-

The treasurer’s report was given by Art.

Membership-

The Zinks and the Elliots were voted in as new members. Congratulations, and welcome to C deO.

Historian-

Pictures brought by John Z, be sure to send pictures of the pre rally and the ACR to Meagan.

Scholorship.

Everything is current with the scholarship committee.

Website-

Waiting for pictues of events.

Events & Activities-

Past events include the Lions pancake breakfast and car show. Great turnout, and the best of show went to Art.

ACR pre-run; Duncan and Becky were the only car that finished within the allowed time. Mark is working over some of the clues and route. Upcoming ACR will have 1st car out at 9am and last car out at noon. Everybody invite a friend and bring a raffle prize to ensure a successful Rally. Raffle will start at 4PM. Don R. will be our emcee.

5/20 and 5/21 SCCA needs help getting cars staged at the Capital Campus, and Saturday night includes a free buffet at the Little Creek Casino for the workers.

Check our events and activities website for upcoming activities. The summer calendar is getting full. The list of events include the 8/12-8/13 weekend around the Olympic Peninsula, and 9/23-9/24 end of summer run to Ocean Shores. You need to book those rooms now to get our good rate and be assured of getting a room.

Also 12/16 will be the Christmas Party at the Chamber House. Details of this gala event will be posted as we get closer to Christmas.

NWACC-

nor Museum had anything new to report.

New Business

SCCA membership for Larry and Karen will be paid by the club.

The raffle pot was won by Eric, so he will bring the May raffle prize.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:40.
